Fantastic service. Called in the morning and had technician out that morning. Xavier is an asset to the company. He was knowledgable of the unit and was able to proceed without wasting time. He was very through and executed services that had been ignored by previous technicians. I highly recommended Premiere, especially Xavier.

They were not only quick to respond to my call, but they were prompt in getting to my home. Our AC went out unexpectedly and we have a newborn so days without AC was not an option. So we called several companies, but this was the only company who could come out the same day. Xavier came out and immediately inspected the unit and identified our issue. Since it was late in the day (after 5/6 PM) he promised to return with the part first thing in the morning. He called us the next morning and notified us that he had to go to another location to get the part and reassured us that he would still be there in the promised window. He showed up on time, fixed our issue, and verified that the AC was properly cooling before leaving. Without question I would recommend and use them again.

I do NOT recommend this operation. They don't show up when they are scheduled to and show up unannounced on days that were not scheduled. I took off work today to meet the window they offered. upon calling them with 5min left in the window. they claimed they had showed up, rang my doorbell and left. I was home! I also had spoken on the phone with the guy 45 min prior. our ringdoor bell isnt working, not his fault, but why not just call the number he should have in his recent calls or the one associated with our request. very frustrating situation. look elsewhere for ac services!

Once again Premiere and the team took care of my air conditioning services at multiple locations keeping everyone one cool threwout these record breaking temperatures. I've been using Premiere for all my heating and cooling needs for roughly a decade they never disappoint excellent service

Premiere AC is quick, professional and thorough. In particular, we want to say how much we appreciate Xavier, who's been to our house a few times, always the same day or the next day, and always stays until the job is completely fixed. He explains everything he's doing, quotes us a price before he does the work, and cleans up the yard completely. Could not recommend more highly.
