So I get flood insurance via premier insurance advisors. Turns out the policy was unnecessary. I contact Pryor Robertson about canceling the policy and he tells me "the policy can't be canceled. It can only be flagged to not renew." Turns out that was a lie. So now that I have the policy canceled they tell me the refund would be $179.71 and it would sent out in the next 2 days. That was on Jan 14. By mid February I find that too was a lie no check had been issued. Pryor then gets a check for for $153.79 sent out to me. A month late and $26 short. Pryor tries to tell me they issued a refund for $40 too much. If you go with them know they will likely lie, be slow, and try to steal from you. Not a good look guys. The arkansas insurance division can help to regulate nasty behavior in insurance if they try to get you too. Although I'd stay away!!

Pryor helped us switch insurance after 12 years. He answered all of my questions, even the silly ones. Seamless transition. Highly, highly recommended!!!

Treell has been amazing to work with. She got me general liability for work and made the whole process easy for me, worked around my schedule and she also let me know when it was time to renew. 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend!

Treell’s knowledge and experience made me feel comfortable with changing my policy of 12 years to better accommodate my needs. she is an agent you can trust to be honest with you and explain EVERYTHING about the policy you are getting, and to me that’s a huge deal. I also appreciated her ability to explain the ins and outs of each policy option in a way that was easier for me to understand even tho it took her more time. I’m definitely happy with the quick and easy process as well. All around great experience, thanks to Treell.
