The company was timely. Service technician arrived within 3 hours of my call. Eric was our technician. He was very thorough in assessing our needs. The motor unit was burnt out (from '93), original ('74) screw drive mechanism was stripped. The spring was worn out (It had been replaced by a different company a few years earlier but was the wrong size/configuration), Eric was clear and concise in explaining our options for the repair, without pressure. The garage door is now well balanced. It opens/closes smoothly and quietly. I was very pleased with the timeliness of the repair and professionalism of our technician. I highly recommend this company. Repair cost ~$2400.

Joey has worked on our garage door a couple of times. He is very knowledgeable and always willing to come out right away and to fix our garage door problems. We have a very old heavy door and he was able to fix the springs in the rollers and do adjustments that I didn’t even know where possible on a garage door. It is working smoothly and quite quietly and I’m so impressed with his work. We have worked with precision garage door in the past and I’m so impressed with Joeys knowledge and work ethic. . I would never call another company for garage door work. I always request Joey because he is the best. They always honor my request and send him out. We love precision, garage door company! Thank you, Joey for all of your hard work and this last time, saving me for a broken rollers and springs and a car stuck in the garage with a very heavy garage door.

We had an issue where our Business Garage door wouldn’t shut. I called Precision Garage Door on a Monday night and Stuart was there by 11am the next morning. He was super knowledgeable and personable. I was able to explain the troubleshooting steps I had already performed and he took it from there. Quickly diagnosing the problem fixing it on the spot. He was, in and out in less than an hour, and the bill was so reasonable. Just the cost of the service visit. We've been using precision garage door for a few years now and they’ve always been fantastic.

Both the consultant who helped me select my door (Shaun) and the kind gentleman who installed it ( Martin), were very professional and thorough. They made sure to answer all my questions, both before and after my installation. I never felt pressured to select the most expensive garage door, or even to use them for the service. I felt like they just wanted to give me all the information to make an informed decision. They were also kind enough to fix my garage door opener wires, which were hanging down, almost touching my car, and at no additional cost. I have used Precision Garage Door Inc., twice now and not only have I not had any issues whatsoever, but I was always treated with respect, integrity and professionalism. I am (well, not for much longer! ☺️) a single woman, and I am usually treated poorly, overcharged and my ideas, wants and needs are usually ignored, so I will always use Precision for any service that I need, and they offer.
