Great service! I was in a pinch and needed late night help so I could get my car out to go to work in the morning. Don’s came recommended from family and they sure lived up to the praise. Nancy who answered the phone helped me quickly and I was lucky to get Sam Jones as my tech. Sam was polite, professional, and very efficient. He not only replaced my springs but identified other problem areas that he could assist with. He went above and beyond in his service as well as going into detail the multiple options they could provide to help me. I will be a customer for life now. Thanks again to Sam for his late night help and saving the day!

We had a sensor issue with our garage door and Don’s came out right away. The company sent a text when our technician was on the way with his bio and picture which made me feel safe knowing who is coming to my door. Lukas, our tech, was kind, personable and explained exactly what was going on and had the problem fixed very quickly. They were also priced very reasonably compared to other competitors. I already recommended Don’s to a family member and would recommend them to anybody looking for a garage door company!

I called on Sunday after one of my garage doors was damaged and needed replaced. They had a team out first thing Monday morning to give me a quote and a few hours later their installation team arrived and replaced the doors. They had several options in stock at various price points. David, Josh, Cory & Gene were all amazing. They kept me updated as the day went on and did a wonderful job.

Had Don's over to have brackets installed on two doors after the control arm ripped out from one. The repair techs were awesome got the job done at a reasonable rate and personable. We chatted about a few things, They were great. But I also wanted a quote for new doors and the sales guy they put me on the phone with for that part was sort of cringe with all the "brother" stuff, kinda turned me off. Anyway the repair was great. Don't want to over shadow that.

We had a spring snap late at night, call Don's first thing in the morning, they had a technician dispatched to us by noon! Mr. Logan did an amazing job explaining all safety issues he found with our older (24 years old) unit! After coming up with a game plan, he worked diligently and once finished took extra time to answer all questions I had regarding the new unit. He was extremely kind and professional, and had my families best interest in mind. Will recommend Don's repair service to all my friends!
