Extremely disappointing experience. I contacted this office two weeks ago with urgent car insurance needs. Not only did I never receive a call back, but when I followed up a week later, the receptionist had no record of my prior call because she “didn’t have access” to those notes. As a result, I had to spend another 20 minutes on the phone repeating all of my information for a second time. After that, I still never received a follow-up call or email. This business appears to pick and choose which clients or cases they want to deal with, yet can’t manage the basic courtesy of informing someone if they are unable or unwilling to help. That is incredibly unprofessional. I was optimistic based on the reviews, but this experience was a complete waste of time. It’s 2026—there is no excuse for this level of disorganization and lack of communication.
