Pooch Patrol

I boarded my senior dog for the very first time with Chuck just a couple weeks ago while I was out of the country on vacation for 5 days. My dog has high separation anxiety and has never gone more than 24hrs without me. Chuck did so well with my dog and made him feel so comfortable and confident while I was away. When I returned my dog was very happy and had a lot of energy! Chuck is so in tune with animals and pays special attention and care to the needs of the animals in his care. I will definitely be using his services in the future and feel so happy to have found Pooch Patrol!

Our Winston always has a great stay with the Pooch Patrol family. He always enjoys himself there with the human family and fur friends. They give him lots of play time, a few walks a day, keep him safe and also provide training that my young pooch needs. They check in each day we are gone and provide updates and photos to ease our day about our little furball. We always feel comfortable when we leave Winston with them and are very fortunate to have found Pooch Patrol. Thank you so much.

If I could give more than 5 stars for Pooch Patrol's services, I would. I rarely leave reviews but feel compelled to do so. I recently went on vacation for a couple of weeks out of state. I have a very sweet and anxious golden retriever who is rarely away from his humans. Due to his sensory sensitivities/anxiety, I did not want to use regular dog boarding services. Chuck with Pooch Patrol was so in tune with my dog's needs, ensuring that my pooch was comfortable, well-cared for, and had fun. His 2 week stay with Chuck ended up being my dog's vacation. He went on a couple of walks a day, napped on a comfortable sofa with human snuggles, and was engaged in games that stimulated his mind. I received photos and updates from Pooch Patrol routinely, which gave me such peace of mind, knowing that my fur baby was having just as much fun away from home as me. Moving forward, Pooch Patrol will be my only choice for overnight and day dog boarding.

I am so glad I came upon Pooch Patrol! I do really like how it’s very family oriented! Chuck, Laura (his wife) and his kids really took such great care of my golden Cooper! I felt really comfortable and wasn’t worried at all on my trip! They kept Cooper at their house and they only keep one dog at a time! So that gives more time to spoil your dog, you don’t have to worry about your dog getting bullied or hurt, and more one on one time! I like that Chuck takes him on 30-40 min walks and works on basic commands, even though Cooper is well trained. Before your booking, you first do a meet and greet with your dog at their place. So it’s a nice way to get to know each other and see the place. They have a fenced in back yard, dog beds, food bowls, etc. so you really don’t need to bring anything unless you really wanted to. Cooper was allowed on furniture with the kids. He also sends updates and very great quality pictures of your dog! Chuck was very accommodating when I went away in my trip! My flight kept on getting delayed- I landed super late, yet he was willing to work with me so that I can come pick up my dog even though it got super late into the night. He’s not stingy like other places where after a certain time point you can’t pick up your dog. I would definitely have cooper stay at Chuck’s place again anytime I’m out of town! :)

Chuck is awesome! Highly communicative around scheduling and pet care appointments, always makes sure that my pup is well taken care of when I am out for the random weekend trip. Takes beautiful photos while out on their walks so you can share in their adventures! Can't recommend Chuck more highly.
