Annette takes care of my three pups like they are her own. My middle one doesn’t take to anyone very fast but she has a special bark just for Annette. We have worked together for boarding and for walking up to three times a week. The communication is professional and very thorough. She’s been the go-to service for the last 4 years from the time the dogs were young. I’d trust her with anything. Best part is if there are any questions or concerns, she checks in so I’m up to date. Annette doesn’t miss a thing.

Annette is my dogs most treasured friend!! She has been walking/jogging my dog since I adopted her. Annette is very reliable and knowledgeable. I have boarded my dog with her and her prices are reasonable. We love her!!

I’ve been using Pongo’s Pet Service since 2018 for my standard poodle, Ollie, and I can’t recommend Annette highly enough. From the very beginning, she has provided exceptional care, attention, and love for my dog. Before finding Annette, I had tried other boarding options, but Ollie struggled with anxiety and even began chewing on himself. Since boarding with Annette, that has completely changed. He loves going to her house—his tail wags the moment we pull into her driveway, and he rushes in happily without hesitation. It gives me real peace of mind knowing he feels safe and cared for. Annette also sends me photos while I’m away, and I can always see how happy and relaxed he is. In addition to boarding, Ollie has been going on Park Days with Annette since 2018. He’s a high-energy dog, and these outings are perfect for him! He gets to run and play with other dogs, which keeps him both mentally and physically stimulated. It’s such a relief knowing he’s not stuck at home waiting for me during the workday. He’s always calm, well-behaved, and content after his Park Days with Annette. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your dog like family, keep them active and engaged, and communicate openly with you, Annette at Pongo’s Pet Service is the one!

I was so nervous to leave my dog for a whole week for a family vacation, but Annette did such a fantastic job! My dog was clearly well cared for, and maybe even spoiled. I received occasional pictures of him throughout the week and updates offering reassurance that he was doing well. It is such a relief knowing I have a place I can take him where he is not only safe, but receiving the same level of care he gets at home.

Annette is the best! She is very reliable. She loves and spoils my pups. They get treats and loves and she sends me pictures and updates as well. She's been taking care of my 2 dogs for 3 years and I couldn't do it without her!
