PODS Moving & Storage

While this is rating just the Little Rock services, my overall experience was fantastic. From booking through POD pickup, communication was clear and timely. Everyone we talked to either via chat or by phone was very polite and knowledgeable. Honestly, in this day and age, where so much is automated through AI agents, I have to commend PODS for not losing sight of the customer experience. I helped my parents facilitate a long distance move using PODs. My mom was very anxious that their stuff would be lost or damaged, but at every step we understood what to expect, how to pack, and when things would be moving. Pleasantly surprised at the customer experience throughout. Every local person we dealt with was FANTASTIC.

Darren was great to work with! I wasn’t sure what to expect with this process (I’ve never had a POD before) but very timely delivery and professional attitude. Our experience with PODS was great. It is a bit more expensive than other services, but the convenience and ease of use seemed worth it - and it was. They drop it off and you fill it, then they pick it up. You don't need to move it yourself or set anything up or do anything special. The delivery and pickups were easy and hands free - they call to verify location, etc - and work with you to place it in the best location. We were even able to (last minute!) change our move date to a sooner date because of a pending snowstorm and it was SO helpful to our move. I have already recommended PODS and will continue to do so - as well as will definitely use it for any other moves.

If you need another solution to your moving experiences, give Pods a try. I used them for my move from Texas to Arkansa.Since we were still home shopping their Pods were the excellent choice for packing,storing and eventually delivery to our new home. The 2 Pods were delivered before the big snowfall so the timing was perfect. Our contents weren't damaged nothing was broken. I'd gladly recommend Pods for your next move, either local or long distance. Another benefit I enjoyed was knowing that my furniture,boxes etc... wouldn't be handled multiple times by movers or warehouse personnel. If that's important to you then again I'd recommend PODS.

I was very impressed with using POD for my storage and moving process. I had to store everything I had for 4 months (3 bedroom house), and I was able to do so without having to drive or having to store such a huge container in my driveway. This was a blessing and the easiest move ever. I cannot thank their customer service team enough for everything. When I needed help, someone was on the phone with me helping me through this process. Would HIGHLY recommend. Drivers are also very kind and the entire experience was flexible when I needed it to be.
