Dr Cesar was so kind and took time to listen about my foot issues. He was gentle during the injections and kept my pain at a minimum. The staff has always been friendly and I am seen timely.

Dr Ceaser has treated me for about 4 years. I have had glass removed, an ingrown toenail, a cyst, an one other small callus. He explains what it is what will occur and has never pushed anything on me. I have diabetes and super sensitive feet as well as white coat anxiety. He always makes me comfortable His staff welcomes you, treats you with great care, and professionalism. My husband gets his toenails clipped there every month and we both have orthotics from his office that have made a great difference in our walking. This is a professional and knowledgedable doctor and a terrific office.
