Dr. Kennedy was awesome. I hobbled in for my appointment and after seeing her, walked out, not 100 0/0, but not hobbling! The staff are great. Very nice and professional. 🙂

This is how a practice should be run! Dr. Kennedy and her staff are great. From checking in to checking out. I felt like I was being taken care of. The staff is very knowledgeable and informative. I used to work at a medical practice so I always observe how things are done. I'm looking forward to getting on the good foot.

I have been coming to this facility to get treatment for broken toe and for diabetic situations. My 1st visit for a broken toe was for them to try to sell me products for callouses & dry feet( ordered diabetic shoes). I was in disbelief! I'm here for a broken toe. My next visit was a wellmed call and the person on the phone ( medical verbage only, which is a no no to patients). I was livid!!! No reports of any test I took previously. I go back to another appointment no type of care, nothing! I have come to fact this... I'm only insurance profit. Oh my last visit I got a boot to wear because my toe isn't healing ( my toe has been broke since July). I have a visit today 1/27/2026.... I'm tired of coming to this place. Oan... I have toe polish on my toes. They want me to go to the nail shop and get the polish removed before she can treat my broken toe ( which now has ingrown toenail). How is this a podiatrist and you don't have instruments to remove toe nail polish??? Make this make sense to me!!!! I had to choose a star to write this.

First time seeing this physician and visiting this practice and I was very pleased. Wait time wasn’t too bad. Dr Candice Kennedy was patient and I didn’t feel rushed. She listened and provided a boot for my foot problem and ordered some further testing. All the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. UPDATE: 2nd visit was very frustrating and totally different. Waited over 45 min with other patients who were also waiting…1 longer than me. When they finally came out to call us back, I wasn’t called back but the other woman also waiting was. Her apt was after mine, she arrived after me AND she was also seeing the same Dr! I wasn’t happy and questioned it. I was then called back and the aid who took me to the room, asked questions then wanted me to sign the iPad, however, she had the wrong patient pulled up on the iPad I was supposed to sign. I found out because the date of birth wasn’t mine! Then the Dr came in, not Dr Kennedy, and was going over my MRI only to say there wasn’t signs of Planter Fasciitis, which I thought I had, but another MRI was needed to completely diagnose my foot. Said the reason I had toe pain was ….I don’t remember because I told her I didn’t have toe pain. So another MRI was ordered and I was referred for PT. Still waiting on that referral call. At the 1st visit I was given a prescription for special shoes. I took it to the shoe place but was told they couldn’t order the shoes because it was missing things on the script. Wasted trip that was over 45 min from my home. 2nd MRI results showed acute planter fasciitis and tear of a ligament. Waiting on Dr to call with the results to discuss treatment. Not at all happy from this office. We shall see if they do better next visit. I will update again then.

She provided clear explanations of my available options and outlined the expected outcomes, which helped me feel informed and confident in the care I received.
