First Coast Foot and Ankle Clinic

Hello One and all I am a 72-year-old United States Marine Corps veteran like many people in this age bracket medical needs become more and more frequent having moved to Florida directly with the needs of Mayo Hospital. I came across an amazing podiatrist. Dr. Reddy is a no nonsense direct to the point solid integrity would a clear transparent evaluation with all patients as far as I could see, and yes, in my case, Dr. Reddy is an asset to the community and to anybody in need of podiatry care look no further thank you so much for helping me. I look forward to seeing Dr. Reddy and his staff in the near future and let me also add that his staff is also kind and professional and I am grateful.

I spoke to Crystal on the phone to make the appointment and she was really friendly and kind. I saw the doctor today and he was a great listener and very professional. Everyone in the office I came across made me feel welcome and treated me well. I wish I could them more than 5 stars. Great staff!

My experience here was not good. My pain concerns were dismissed. Instead I got a solicitation for $600 inserts. Listening to the doctor and eager for relief I paid up. The inserts are nothing more than a money making scam that did nothing to eliminate or even reduce my pain. In fact, I bought three different inserts online for $30 - $60 each. All of them offer more support than the $600 inserts. Additionally, when I went to pick up the inserts I was told I needed an appointment with the doctor to get them, so I made one for the following week. At that appointment, I was given the inserts at the front desk and sent on my way. A complete waste of my time and money.

My brother, Edwin Schurr, was the patient. He is hearing impaired, so I went with him. Today was his first time to visit with Dr. Reddy. We were immediately impressed with the office which was attractive and inviting. We were welcomed by two very nice ladies, sitting behind their desk. During our time there, we met several more members of the staff. Everyone we met was kind and helpful. Just before Dr Reddy arrived, his assistant came in and took blood pressure and made some pictures that would be compared in six months. Dr. Reddy was friendly, kind and professional. I will be looking forward to returning and seeing the improvements in six months.

I’ve had a great experience so far. From scheduling and them being so kind to help me work through my schedule with me and my babysitter, to check-in, to meeting Dr. Reddy and not feeling rushed, and even to the check-out desk. The office is clean and everyone was very kind and efficient! Dr. Reddy has a very calm and friendly bedside manner as well.
