PetSitter Portland

My partner and I used Pet Sitter Portland recently while we were out of town and highly recommended them. The website and app make scheduling, viewing, and changing service incredibly easy. The color coded schedule interface is convenient for seeing when a service is scheduled, underway, or completed and each visit is time stamped for reference. You can also pay for service and communicate with pet sitters in moments. Each visit is completed with a thorough write up with many pictures of your pets. The sitters were warm, affectionate with our animals, attentive to their needs, and responsible. They each went above and beyond and even swept and took out the recycling. Joe, the business owner, was easy to reach for questions. Pet Sitter Portland has very reasonable prices as well.

We left our two cats at home for the first time while out of town, so we didn’t know how they’d behave! Joe and his team (thanks Grace and Sara!) were thorough, reliable, and communicative. We were at ease during our trip knowing our kittens were in good hands. We even got a sweet thoughtful postcard of one of the photos of our cats in the mail

I've been with PetSitter for a few weeks, and they have been fantastic! I'm managing an extended health issue, and the peace of mind knowing my sweet pup is still getting good walks is everything. They are communicative, leave detailed notes, photos, and maps for each walk, and their invoicing is a breeze. Finding this company has been the lone bright spot of having a herniated disc!

The PetSitter Portland team is truly deserving of their high ratings. A couple months ago, I moved here with my German Shepherd and didn't want him to be stuck in the apartment alone all day while I was starting a new job. My pup was anxious when we first moved and wasn't used to apartment life or encountering a lot of new people. I was worried he would be too reactive or intimidating for anyone to be able to take him out, but the PetSitter team quickly set up a meet and greet with him and they hit it off. The team worked with me to get secure access to my building and apartment, and were very accommodating of my schedule. Communication is excellent. Joe is helpful and supportive in confirming services and troubleshooting. All of the PetSitters, but especially Owen and Jan, sent multiple high quality photos of their visits and wrote sweet messages about how the visit went; they went above and beyond in making sure my pup was safe, relieved, and given water. They even gave him some much needed play time in addition to the walks. They were also receptive to requests for consistency with his training. They're a very trustworthy and respectful team, and I am hugely appreciative of their thoroughness, attention to detail, and reliability. Even though my pup won't need routine visits anymore, it's a huge comfort knowing there's such a great team available for any days I need covered!

We loved using PetSitter Portland for our two cats! Shortly after moving to Portland, we found ourselves needing to make travel plans on short notice. We were nervous initially since we’ve only ever used friends/family for cat sitting, but everyone we worked with at PetSitter was so sweet and caring, and I felt reassured that our babies were being taken care of. And the prices are fair! The sitters clearly had a well-organized communication system between them, and every day I looked forward to getting a new album of photos of my cats having a blast. I’m sad we’ve since moved to another area, because I don’t think any other service could compare (no lie). Thank you so much to everyone here! I’m missing you already.
