We had Peterman Brother’s inspect the Heating and Air system, as well as provide quote to tie house into city sewer on a house we are interested in buying. They did a great through inspection of the units with pictures and explanations. As well as a great detailed quote on installing sewer.

I have had a great experience so far. Everyone that has been to my house has been knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Unfortunately, I'm only giving 4 ☆ since the job hasn't been completed due to homeowners insurance involvement BUT my new tankless water heater works fantastically. We always have hot water no matter how many people take 20 showers :) My plumbing is complete and passed inspection. James, Lauren & Dylan have been great at orchestrating getting everyone where they needed to be, from the excavation team, pipe fitters and concrete guys. I am pleased with everything this far.

Travis did an excellent job replacing a double stack switch in my bathroom for the main lighting and exhaust fan. He was professional and very personable taking the time to explain my options. He performed an inspection of my breaker box and advised of typical wear and potential replacement of the breakers. He familiarized himself with the electric meter and underground service to the main, taking photos along the way. Travis represents Peterman Brothers very well with exceptional integrity and should be recognized for his excellent customer service and ability to add a comfortable and "family" approach to his interactions! He even offered to pick me up a cup of coffee when he went to get needed parts for the repair!! I was very impressed and will not forget his level of kindness. I have been a customer of Peterman Brothers for a little more than a year and am a protection plan member. I have been more than happy with their services and have used their HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical professionals. I highly recommend them for their excellent work and professionalism but also because of their community involvement and their dedicated support of local charitable organizations. A big thank you to the brothers and an even bigger thank you to Travis! Just awesome!!!

I have never used Peterman Brothers before and Jason E was a really great first impression. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I originally needed a flue added to my water heater but he pointed out some other concerning issues with the water and gas piping that was connected to the water heater. While I didn’t really want to spend the additional money, I did think it was important to get the additional work done. Jason didn’t push me to do anything I didn’t want to do and just explained the options and the concerns he had. I could’ve just gotten the flue added at the lower cost but I felt confident in his years of work and the knowledge he had and went ahead with the full work. Thanks, Jason, for being so professional and laying everything out so transparently. Keep up the great work!
