Pet Care Express on Holcombe Blvd truly helped my cat Sunkist when no one else could, and I can’t put into words how thankful I am for Dr. Anna and the entire team. After going to other clinics and feeling like we were getting nowhere, I was exhausted and worried about my cat. From the moment we came to Pet Care Express, everything felt different. Dr. Anna actually took the time to listen, asked the right questions, and looked at the full picture instead of brushing things off. She treated Sunkist with so much gentleness and care, and for the first time, I felt real hope. What sets them apart is that they don’t give up. Dr. Anna was thorough, compassionate, and determined to find answers when others couldn’t. The follow-up care was incredible — they checked in on Sunkist, adjusted care when needed, and made sure I never felt alone or unsure about what to do next. Sunkist is more than just a cat to me — she’s family — and Pet Care Express treated her that way. If you’re feeling stuck, worried, or like you’ve run out of options for your pet, this is the place to go. Dr. Anna and her team truly care, and it shows in everything they do. I can’t recommend them enough.

Dr. Anna is an amazing veterinarian! She is so kind, patient, and truly cares about both pets and their owners. She always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you feel comfortable with every step of the visit. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in the way she treats every animal. I’m so grateful to have her as my vet and highly recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate, trustworthy care.

Came here after learning the clinic offers very low office fees. Yes thats true. The system works where you line up and are handed a form with a number on it. Dogs who are sick get seen first so don't be alarmed or angry. Come here with patience please. The staff do their best to get the pets seen as soon as possible. I arrived at 9:40 and by 11:10 we were seen. What I liked best is I went in to have my dog's paw checked but the vet saw other issues that looked alarming and asked me to get an xray. She gave me a few other clinic recommendations however for this I'll take my dog back to his regular vet for xrays and more alarming issues. Would I come back, yes! Would I recommend this place, yes! Do they do many procedures here, no. Recommendation for the clinic: front desk can smile more. It really helps when all staff feel happy to be there because cat/dog owners don't want to be at the vet's. They want to be home with their fur baby. Having a welcoming staff eases tension and reassures patients they are in the right spot.

Love this clinic! The employees are all knowledgeable and care about their clients and their clients pet's. I would not have been able to afford this at another vet clinic so I am grateful this place even exists. As a former vet tech, and someone that sporadically does rescue work, I HIGHLY recommend bringing your pets here.

If you're looking for economical quality and trustworthy pet care, this is the spot. Highest care options for beloved pets at a quarter of the normal cost. However, be prepared that their locations are popular and we'll known, be prepared to sit and wait. The vets take their time with each patient. Established customers know its a great idea to arrive early prior to opening and wait in line to ensure you're seen quickly. Don't go when in a hurry, you will need to spend the wait time with your fluffy baby. The facilities may be dated, but the care and pharmacy availability are excellent.
