Pet People HTX

We have two blue heelers, and we’ve been boarding them with Pet People for almost three years. They have a blast every time they go! Debra, Annie, and their team are absolutely fabulous. Our dogs have very different personalities and needs, and they do such a great job catering to each of them individually. They get so excited whenever they know they’re heading there, which says everything about how much they love the staff. My favorite part is receiving all the video and photo updates while we’re away—it gives us so much peace of mind. The team is also incredibly flexible. A few times our flights were delayed, and they were so accommodating with last-minute changes. We can fully relax while traveling knowing our dogs are in such great hands. Aubrey & Graham absolutely love their stays with the Pet People HTX family. Annie, Deb, Cory, and the entire team are incredibly caring and treat my girls like their own. Every time I drop them off, they’re so excited they don’t even look back—which says everything about how safe, happy, and comfortable they feel. I also receive plenty of photo updates, which I truly appreciate when I’m traveling for work (especially when those pictures pop up on my watch during meetings). If you’re looking for a truly nurturing environment for your dogs, I couldn’t recommend a better place.

Pet People have been caring for my two dogs (7yr old poodle and 5yr old lab) for over a year. We use them for weekday drop-ins and dog sitting. They are extremely reliable and provide excellent care tailored to each dog. Both of my dogs love the Pet People team, even the one who is usually wary of new people. I highly recommend the Pet People team.

We couldn’t ask for a better home away from home for our brat, Frito. 😉 Pet People HTX take incredible care of him and treat him like one of their own, which gives us so much peace of mind. Frito can be a bit extra (hello, anxiety and surprise free concerts 😅), but they handle him with so much patience, love, and understanding. It’s clear they genuinely care about the dogs they watch, and ours absolutely adores them. We’re so grateful to have found someone we trust completely - highly, highly recommend! ♥️

Bock Choy goes to Pet People HTX for both daycare and boarding. My dog is kind of anxious, but when I say "day care?" she gets super excited and can't wait to get over there to play with her friends. Work trips are made a lot easier knowing she's in great hands and on a comfortable couch at night.

Our dog is everyone’s favorite family member, and it is hard to leave her. We feel confident leaving her in the care of Pet People HTX. We see so many pictures and videos of her while we are gone, and it’s clear she has a great time. She can’t wait to get through the gate and up the stairs whenever it’s time to board! I love that the team ensures that dogs who get along are together, and monitors them to ensure every dog is safe. It’s the best play date our dog has.

Pet people HTX is my go to for doggy day care & boarding! They treat my pet like their own & located in a house with the homey feel that my pup loves!!! Highly recommend for your pet!
