Pet Love NYC

PetLove NYC is awesome - I needed a new walker when I moved to the financial district. I found Renaldo and walked me through their walking philosophy, how they keep my boy safe and even provided a link for a collar that tracks his walks. They do single dog walks which I love - I see too many pack walks with a dog being dragged or individual needs not recognized. They send pics of every walk and are fast with communication. Highly recommend!

For two years (and counting) I have used Pet Love NYC's dog walking and training services. The Pet Love NYC team is trustworthy, reliable, experienced, communicative, and flexible! Riley, who is an active, bird and ball motivated Border Collie mix who requires routine exercise, walks, structure, and stimulation absolutely loves the team and always greets them with excitement at the door! After the Pet Love team met her, the team came up with an acclimation training plan (we had just moved to the city) to ensure Riley's safety during walks and off-leash play time! That level of intentionality and care made all the difference during Riley's transitions to the city. She always comes back from her walks and play time with her tail wagging and exhausted! I could not imagine my time in the city without the Pet Love NYC team!

Ronaldo and his team are the BEST! They’ve been so thoughtful and careful with my Boston Terrier Oaklee, from doing a meet and greet to taking tons of pics while out on walks, and texting each week to ask if I’ll need walks. They even gifted Oaklee a holiday treat and toy. Very kind, thoughtful and super safe with the pets they take care of.

Pet Love has been absolutely wonderful with my two dogs, Axel and Reggie! From day one, they have been professional, reliable, and genuinely caring. It gives me such peace of mind knowing my boys are not just getting exercise, but also attention, affection, and thoughtful care every single time they’re out for a walk. Axel and Reggie can each have their own personalities and needs, and Pet Love handles them beautifully. They come home happy, calm, and clearly well-exercised. I also really appreciate the consistent communication and updates, it makes such a difference to know how the walks went and that everything is on track. If you’re looking for a dog walking service that is dependable, kind, and truly loves animals, I can’t recommend Pet Love highly enough. Five stars all the way!

They are the absolute best! Super easy to work with and willing to be flexible and take on last minute requests. Our puppy doesn’t even look back when they pick him up! He comes home happy and exhausted from a great walk and some ball time! Cannot say enough amazing things!
