We had a good experience boarding our cat here. We got a few photos while we were away, and she looked happy and relaxed. I really liked that she was able to roam around and play. The only small issue was that her feeding times were changed a bit, even though I left pretty specific instructions. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it took a few days to get her back on her normal schedule once we got home. Overall, we’re happy with the care she received.

I rented the pool to celebrate my pup’s birthday and host a Great Dane meet-up, and it was a really fun experience. The dogs had an amazing time - honestly, it’s one of the best dog pools I’ve seen in Chicago. The design is especially thoughtful: no steep stairs or jumping required, just a gradual slope that lets dogs ease in and get comfortable on the shelf before swimming. The two-hour private rental was definitely on the pricey side, though it did feel worth it if you’re able to swing it. The front area is very well maintained and clean, it smells more like a spa than a kennel, which really sets the space apart. That said, I’d recommend checking out their daycare pool-friendly days in the summer as a more cost-effective option versus a private rental. Overall, a really well-done space and a special experience for dogs.

My first time at Pet Care Plus and I’m very happy with the service at this grooming salon. They did a great job cutting Ronero’s hair and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. The staff was kind, friendly, professional, and clearly cares about the pets. They had a sign welcoming my baby which I thought it was so thoughtful. Highly recommend!

Our dog attends Pet Care Plus when we both have to go into the office. He is a doodle so actually spends half of his day in the small dog side and half on the large dog side as it takes a while for him to warm up! The team at Pet Care Plus keeps the place clean and ensures all the pups are safe and happy. We get our dog groomed here too and it is so convenient and they do a great job every time! The shampoo and conditioner smell so great and they change it up with the season.

Our English springer spaniel has been going to PCP for over 5 years (twice/week) and it truly is his home away from home. The staff are amazing and always make us feel welcome. When we go on trips, we know that our pup will be in great hands when boarding. Could not be happier with the service, care, and amenities. 🐶❤️
