Amazing service!!! My grand-dog and I are first time clients, could only give a couple days notice for my grand-dog's ride from Brooklyn to greater Boston and made numerous last minute changes before actually hitting the road. Pet Cab NYC was so responsive, patient and understanding of my anxiety as a first time client. My grand dog arrived exactly as promised, on schedule, excited to see me! I appreciate the communication throughout the trip from the driver. We will definitely be using this service as needed in the future.

Pet Cab is excellent!!!!. Me & my dog are 1st time client & could only give 48-72 hrs. notice for our ride back & forth from Boston & 1hr. wait, to a Funeral, with reststop 10 min. Everything about the driver, EB (& his dog Penny), was great!!!. Everything was on schedule & I recommend PetCab to any/everyone in the NYC area. We will book w/Pet Cab again!!!!!!! ThankU PetCab!!! We are eternally grateful to Pet Cab NYC. We were suppose to fly out of the US, for our international move, with our two dogs earlier this month. Unfortunately our vet had messed up one of our dog Gustav's health certificate and so he was not cleared to leave with us. Due to visa restraints we had to board him in the US and fly out without him. They not only helped drive my husband and our other dog to the airport, they had also picked up Gustav and drove him an hour to his boarder for us. For his new health certificate he needed to be taken to the vet to have an exam and Pet Cab NYC came through for us again! They picked him up from the boarder, took him to the vet and back to the boarder for us. They helped us through an incredibly stressful and worrisome period, they were the glue that held our coordination from abroad together and were truly Gustav's guardian angels through this process! Don't think twice about using this company, they are just amazing! Thank you Pet Cab NYC for everything you've done us and our little Gustav!

I have been using petcab for my Frenchie Theo for years. They are always reliable and responsive! Theo loves to get in the car with them to go to his dog sitter’s house. It’s so convenient and easy to not have to take him there myself. I always trust he’ll get to his destination safely! Highly recommend!

I had such a positive experience with Pet Cab NYC. My ride was unfortunately delayed due to the inevitable Friday evening New York traffic, but the team were absolutely wonderful throughout. They kept me informed every step of the way and even offered me a refund if I preferred to make my own arrangements, which I really appreciated. Joanna in particular was so kind and helpful, and our driver couldn’t have been lovelier. To top it off, we even had the sweetest little co-driver—a very cute pup—who kept my own dog calm and happy on the long ride. Overall, it was a really reassuring and pleasant experience, and I can highly recommend Pet Cab NYC to anyone needing safe, caring transport for their pets.
