Doug and Cole were absolutely fantastic in helping us. We had an emergency situation with an older HVAC unit and they diagnosed the issue, and walked me through best ways to remedy it and upgrade. There was no pressure, no sales tactics, just 100% down to earth and catered to me for my financial situation. Highly highly recommend these guys, great service!

Truly appreciate Kimmon and Ezra coming out to do our Maintenance check. We actually had an issue where our air wasn’t blowing cool and Kimmon was able to solve it right away. Ezra was upfront up costs and pricing which makes decision making a lot easier. Looking forward to having them continue to service our home.

Exceptional Emergency Service — Highly Recommend Pardee I had an emergency plumbing issue on a Saturday when a buried PVC pipe in my older home (built in the 1980s) finally gave out. Water was gushing through my landscaping, and the pressure in the house dropped significantly. I called Pardee, and they responded much faster than I expected for a weekend emergency. Matthew Blasak was the technician who came out, and he was absolutely terrific. He was personable, knowledgeable, and calm under pressure. The job was not easy—it was late, nearly 7 p.m., completely dark, and required digging a very large hole to access the broken pipe. Despite all of that, Matthew was determined to get it fixed that night, and he did. His work ethic and commitment really stood out. I also felt the pricing was very fair, especially given the circumstances and the emergency timing. I was so impressed with the service that I signed up for Pardee’s monthly maintenance plan, which includes annual plumbing maintenance, regular HVAC checkups, and discounted service if issues arise. It feels like real value, not a gimmick. Overall, I was extremely impressed with Pardee as a company and with Matthew in particular. Professional, reliable, and genuinely committed to helping their customers. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or HVAC services.

This team demonstrated strong coordination and efficiency throughout the project. Brett, along with James, Alfonso, Corey, Savionne, Thomas, Clive, Johnny, Rashaun?, Damien worked well together and maintained momentum from start to finish. James clearly understands his team and how to keep operations running smoothly — even when minor, external variables attempted to introduce themselves into the workflow. The crew remained focused and professional and completed the work without issue. Miss Krissa and Joe were excellent at communication and problem resolution, ensuring everything stayed organized and on track. Overall, dependable service, effective teamwork, and a process that felt structured and well-managed. Would recommend. Hopefully this feedback is forwarded to whoever handles year-end performance evaluations… strictly for morale purposes.

Kevin came out 11/18 to service my father's hot water heater in which he advised us that we would need a new hot water heater. He was very detailed & professional. He & Sherman came 9:30 a.m. this morning & installed the new unit with no problems. We were very impressed with how quickly, the turn around time - less than 24 hours after the service call. We were very happy with Pardee and we'll definitely call on him in the future.
