Ken did an excellent job fixing my leaky pipe and replacing my faucet. He was thorough, professional, and everything works perfectly now. He is hands-down the best technician Highly recommend!

Bob and Joe demonstrated exceptional professionalism. They arrived punctually as agreed and maintained a high level of cleanliness throughout the installation of my home water filtration system. Even sold me on being a member of pac. Glad i choose to go with this company.

I have a Weil-McClain Ultra condensing boiler that has been acting up (failing to start, requiring manual reset) Luis from PAC spent several hours this morning performing a 5 yr maintenance on the boiler. I’ve learned this equipment is high performing but requires knowledgeable care and servicing. I was happy to see Luis is so obviously familiar with this unit, and arrived with all necessary parts for this maintenance call. It was a pleasure to watch and learn for a bit as he removed the face of the cast aluminum body; he did a thorough deep clean inside the heat exchanger with rods, brushes, abrasive pad, and vacuum; replaced all gaskets; installed a new igniter; cleaned out the condensate trap; reassembled all and performed startup and testing. The burner appears to be working perfectly now. Luis was polite, prompt, and a pleasure to have in my home. PAC in general has always been very strong in their outreach and communications, without being overly aggressive or ‘salesy.’ They are professionally run, well-organized, and have skilled, professionally-trained field crew as evidenced by Luis today and John who has visited previously. PAC replaced my 33 year old Bruderus boiler with a 96% efficient Bosch unit, My system had both radiant floor and baseboard zones. It was a little tricky to get the mixing valve for the rsdiant zones correct but they came back and got it right. They were very responsive to my calls, and John, Andrew and Luis are knowledgeable technicians who took part in the installation and set up. I would highly recommend PAC for upgrades to your hot water or heating system.

Excellent work from Louie V and Joe. Also referred us to Heating guy, Luis F who did great work in diagnosing and fixing the problem. They worked as a team. They offered reasonable prices for the different jobs they did. Highly recommended!
