Jim and his team make 'prompt service' a basic amenity to their services that most business can't compare to. Their competitive pricing, quick response time, and friendly service are something I haven't been able to find more of in a company. Update 6/22/25 - the team helped by identifying an error through my mortgage company that the escrow department was claiming was an increase of my home insurance policy, when in reality, the mortgage lender didn't update their account for 18 months. Thanks again, OnPoint. Way to be on point.

After price checking and talking with different agents Seth with OnPoint was the guy to go with!! He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and being a first time home buying I definitely had a lot!! Seth was so patient with me and all my questions I would recommend him in a heart beat to anyone looking for insurance!!

BEST INSURANCE AGENT!!!!! Great company to work with. Jim was easy to communicate with. I was able to transfer my info to Jim without any problems. He was very patient with me and explained the cost of my insurance ! I was given recommendations to keep my insurance cost from going up any more . Overall made it super fun and easy to get all my new insurance needs met!! Jim does a great job !!!
