Super easy! Did it all in one afternoon. Didn't know anything about it and John made it super quick/painless. Saved a little over a thousand dollars for a few hours of work. Will definitely use them again.

Great experience. Did not know shopping for insurance could be this easy. Got a commercial vehicle insurance policy with OKC insurance brokers. I saved money after receiving a rate hike from my previous insurer. Looking forward to doing business with them!

We really like OKC Insurance Brokers! John was amazing throughout the process—super helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to get our policy bound when I called. He even helped us save money on our coverage! Highly recommend.

Triple check the work. I waited 10 days for a quote when i was told 1 week. Then was told if i wanted a "good" price i would need to wait 21 business days after the fact. When i did receive the quote "amount" only in a text, no details at all, it is was extremely high (400% higher than quote i gave John to try to match or beat). John called to explain saying auto insurance is just high but didnt send the detailed quote that afternoon as he stated. When i did receive quote the next day my radius was listed 300 to 500 miles, all vehicles listed for personal use. We drive 25 mile radius and no personal use. It was on my form and i explained this to John. He blamed it on california time zone. The general liabity was also coded incorrectly. John is a nice guy but be very wary. His office does not take the time to make sure that you are quoted correctly or in the time stated. Make sure you arent in a hurry and read the details very closely.

I would highly recommend this company!!! I called John the day my bond for my dealership was due, and he worked extremely hard to get it done by the end of the day. (even though I procrastinated and knew it was probably impossible to get done) I am new at getting bonds and understanding the process and purpose, but John communicated with me every step of the way, and explained everything to me in a way that was so simple. And when it was time for my bond renewal, he reached out to me to remind me and has been so patient with me getting all the signed docs back to him. Top tier customer service!!
