Terry and the team at O'Connor Insurance are absolutely top-notch. They've always been there when I've needed advice or help, and I truly appreciate the personal attention they give. It's clear they care about their clients and go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled the right way. I'm grateful for their partnership and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for commercial insurance for their business.

I cannot say enough good things about O'Connor Insurance Associates! I had been getting non answers from another insurance company for years, and I finally called around to find someone else. When I first called I talked with Terry O'Connor and he volunteered all the information I had been trying to get for years in our first conversation, and I barely had to ask. He just knew what I needed. When I started to work with Jessica to finalize everything she was equally knowledgable and it was like I made a new friend. They lowered my car insurance cost, and found affordable much expanded insurance for my bakery. I'm a customer for life!

I have been with this insurance company for over 2 years and referred much business. But when I was purchasing a new home and needed support, it was lacking. Then when I asked to a simple quote to my auto insurance as I had priced two other companies, my policy was updated without my approval and the price went up by $75 a year even though two other companies with identical coverages had much lower rates. Not sure what happened to the customer service at this agency, but they need a revamp.

I have been with O'Connor Insurance for years and Steve Wescoe has been fantastic throughout those years!! He feels more like a family friend than an agent and always takes time with me and is so helpful with all my needs. They are an agency that cares about it's customers, at least I have always felt so because of Steve. Highly recommend them for insurance needs.
