I don’t get the five stars. Called for a quote directed to a web site. Explained I would like to get a quote over the phone since my old insurance is expiring (is this no longer done)? Called back the next day and told how busy they are and it would take weeks to get a quote. Getting a quote online sounds efficient, but what am I paying them for?

Highly recommend! Their staff is very helpful and informative with any questions I had. Turnaround time fast and easy. Will be looking forward to working with them again in the future.

Working with Southern Insurance was a wonderful experience. The customer service is outstanding and they get back to you with a quote in no time. You can tell they care a lot about their clients and potential clients. If you're shopping around for commercial insurance I would absolutely recommend giving them a call.
