I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car! While I hope I never need repairs again, Nashville Collision is absolutely where I’ll go for any future work. They used new and Genuine Subaru parts (even when my insurance tried to have them use used parts), and they worked with my insurance to ensure that I only had to pay my deductible (which doesn't always happen with Geico)! They paint-matched SO well that you can't even tell my car was repaired! Excellent work! Bryan was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and kept me informed every step of the way. Kat was also incredibly helpful and kind, making sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Even with the 2026 ice storm throwing a wrench in the timing, the team at Nashville Collision repaired my car as quickly as possible and kept everything moving forward. Bryan and Kat both made the experience stress-free, and the team coordinated directly with my insurance the whole time, which made everything completely hassle-free. I’m so grateful for their professionalism, transparency, and quality work. Highly recommend!

I give a favorable 5/5 shining stars for Nashville Collision, LLC! I needed repairs on my '98 Lexus, so I was searching for collision centers that specialized in luxury vehicles. I found them via a cold Internet search and took a risk in calling. It was refreshing to speak with Matt, who has been nothing but kind and professional and extremely helpful with my questions and most importantly the handling of my vehicle. This was an insurance job and Nashville Collision was able to take care of my issues and work around some items Progressive refused to address (horrible auto insurance per my neighbor who caused the auto damage)! The process took longer than expected (due to Progressive) and Matt continued to keep me well informed via clear communication by phone call, email and texts (which I truly appreciate). This company provides great value. Upon pick up, my car was ready and received a great detailing to look as shiny and new as possible--a great added touch of service! I also met Cat in the office and she was very welcoming and I told her about my favorable experience with Matt and their company. I highly recommend Nashville Collision, LLC.

Outstanding Service!!!!! I brought in my brand-new Honda after it got a dent and scratch, and Nashville Collision went above and beyond! Their communication was top notch. Bryan and Cat kept me informed every step of the way and were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They used genuine Honda parts for the repair, which gave me so much peace of mind. When I picked up my car, I was honestly shocked at how amazing it looked. The quality of the work was incredible. It looks even better now than it did the day I first bought it. Matt and Ryan went out of their way to make sure my car is back on the road better than before. My car had damage on the driver side front quarter panel, door, front bumper, hood and the repairs are flawless. I can honestly say their paint job is better than factory. This shop does not cut corners like others I've witnessed in Middle Tennessee, and I could tell that right away when they ensured me no used parts would be going on the repair. They kept in touch with me during the process, making sure I was updated the whole way. Whenever I had questions they were answered ASAP. If you want your car back looking better than ever, even before an incident, then this is the absolute best shop in Nashville to make sure of that. 10/10 across the board!
