I was both suspicious and intrigued when I saw this company had so many perfect 5 star reviews on Google and other platforms. I now know why. I left my three cats in the care of Music City Cats for one week and I was completely blown away by the service. The process to get started is streamlined and professional. They come to your home for an introduction and to gather information. This was so complete, they even asked me things I hadn't even thought to include in the paperwork. They are very detail-oriented which gave me confidence they could take care of my three, even with one cat needing daily medication and other as-needed medications for various health issues. There were contingencies in place for the severe cold weather and power outages we were expected to experience at the time as well (January/Feb 2026). They truly care about the animals well-being and seem adaptable to complications based on our conversations about the weather and reading other client's reviews. During our trip, I received a thorough update for each scheduled visit complete with pictures of everyone. So, if you schedule two visits a day, you get two updates! If I had questions or concerns, they were addressed rapidly. The communication was great. This was the first time I have left my cats in the care of someone I didn't know personally. I was very anxious to do so. However, with the regular updates and open communication I was able to truly relax and enjoy my vacation knowing everything was being taken care of at home. They exceeded my expectations and I will be using them again in the future.

Music City Cats is a team of angels and cat whisperers! They have taken care of my boys a few times now and have always gone above and beyond to make things as perfect as can be while I'm gone. From feeding food and treats to playing, brushing, and cuddling, they totally pamper my cats. They send detailed and thoughtful updates after each visit and always include adorable high quality photos of the cats, throwing in a photo of a clean litter box for good measure. I also love that they take away empty wet food cans and clean the sink after feeding, making sure that nothing could make the house smell bad. Renee (the general manager) recently showed that she will do whatever it takes to get to my kitties! While I was out of the country, my old house's deadbolt wasn't working properly-- she went to the hardware store to buy lock lubricant and did everything she could to get it to work. In the end, with my permission of course, she climbed through a window that was blessedly unlocked!!! General heroism aside, this team is simply wonderful and they truly love cats. I can have total peace of mind knowing my boys are being spoiled while I'm gone, and they're always so relaxed when I get home.

Music City Cats is incredible. We used them for the first time while we were on vacation for a week, and I can’t believe we waited this long to use a cat sitting service. Their communication, their service, and incredibly skilled sitters gave us peace of mind. 10/10 recommend.

We LOVE Music City Cats! We were upset about the boarding service to board our purr baby Mini during the month we traveled overseas. We found Music City Cats and called them the day before our departure. They were so helpful that they arranged everything immediately. Our baby was taken care of for a month with great attention by Music City Cats. They are not only helpful, but they are also a cat lover. We highly recommend Music City Cats.
