It was very easy to book an appointment online and have the issue fixed within the same day. They quickly repaired the issue and advised me on the overall condition of the area they worked on. Mr. Chad was polite and knowledgeable. I was satisfied with the service and plan to book future plumbing repairs with this business. Their pricing was very reasonable for the issues resolved and they accept tap which was super convenient.

I am over the moon impressed with this company. They use a high tech scheduling system that alerts you when they are en-route with reminders along the way. The technician, Zach was very professional and knowledgeable. I recently purchased an older home and did the usual plumbing inspection. It was reported that I needed a very expensive main sewer replacement. So, I called around and chose some of the most highly rated companies in the area to confirm the inspector's findings and to provide me with pricing on the main line replacement. First on the job was Mr. Rooter and their guy Zach. He asked some questions and immediately got to work. He was not able to provide an immediate diagnosis and scheduled a follow-up appointment first thing the very next day. Turns out that their uber expensive inspection camera system was not on his truck but available the next morning. Zach and company arrived as promised the next morning and quickly got to work running their sophisticated camera system down my main sewer line. They found that the earlier inspector was wrong and that the "break" found in the line was simply a hump in the line that the inspector's less sophisticated camera system could not navigate. What the inspector reported as a break in the line beneath the home turned out to be a hump in the run to the street. The inspector's estimate to replace the main line was above $15,000. Zach and company confirmed that the line was in good condition and was clear all the way out to the city's main. I am not a plumber and would have agreed to a reasonable price to replace the main line. It would have involved lots of digging and breaking up on my concrete driveway. Whatever was needed I would have done it. No, Zach and the Mr. Rooter team determined that the sewer line was in good shape. Final charge $375.00. It also came with the peace of mind that the prior owner had replaced the main line with ABS (a good thing). Thanks Mr. Rooter and Zach for taking care of a now lifelong customer.

From the moment I called for an emergency issue, the company was friendly, efficient and responsive. They kept me informed via text and email of their visit. When Zach arrived, he introduced himself, was polite, and didn’t waste time getting down to business. He diagnosed the problem quickly and we discussed the solution. He cleaned the line, flushed it and checked it with the camera. The communication and professionalism from start to finish was great!

He was respectful of my mom's home, worked efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. I also really appreciated how the company sends a picture of the technician ahead of time. That extra step is very helpful and adds a strong sense of safety and professionalism. Based on his professionalism, knowledge, and positive attitude, he absolutely deserves Employee of the Month. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter and would gladly request him again.

Had an Emergency where the Tub hot water faucet dial popped off and water was gushing out towards the back wall of the tub. Mr. Lampton arrived within 25 minutes of my call in to Rooter Man, assessed the situation and completed the repair quickly. Thanks to Mr. Hampton of Rooter Man for his quick response and timely repair. I am most appreciative.
