Moving Proz - Overland Park

I had a great experience with Chris and Shaw! They helped move all of my furniture, including my washer and dryer, up a flight of stairs. I was truly impressed by their timeliness, the care they took with my belongings, and the overall professionalism of the experience. Even though the drive from point A to point B was only about two minutes, they completed the entire move in just two hours. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers!

This company’s actions raise serious concerns about their business practices. After my move, I received an additional $1,400 charge. I responded immediately, providing photos and even offering camera footage showing their movers inaccurately reporting hours worked. Instead of reviewing the evidence and correcting the bill, they insisted I pay the full amount. When I asked them to resubmit an invoice reflecting the correct billable hours, they charged my card in full without authorization. I filed a fraud claim with my bank, and the charges were reversed. Since then, the company has not responded to any further communication. In addition to the billing dispute, several of my belongings were broken during the move, and there was damage to the walls of my home. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend others proceed with caution.

I’ve used Moving Proz multiple times, always had a good experience, but today with Devin and his crew it was definitely my best experience. All four guys were extremely kind, moved all my stuff where I needed it, and they did a great job! We chatted and they were so helpful. Thank you!!!!

Edited: I do wanna say Moving Proz did an amazing job getting in and getting out. They also made sure from time to time to ask questions about furnitures whereabouts, but their assemble/dissemble is adequate at best. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize till now that they made my bed a little wonky. The two side boards connected to my headboard aren’t placed nor screwed properly ( the bottom screws ). Also, one of the bars underneath my bed weren’t screwed properly either and it fell off while I was resting in bed ( I had to screw it tighter myself ). Then two screws to my side boards are missing— unless those screws disappeared or weren’t there, they didn’t mention anything to me. Lastly, I can’t tell if they created new holes while there is already preexisting holes for the boards to go, I honestly should’ve been watching them putting my bed back together properly THAT part is on me.

The movers that moved our piano were excellent! It was clear they have moved many pianos before. They were very efficient and showed great care with our musical instrument. My piano was in storage with Moving Proz for over a year and there was not a scratch or any damage. I would definitely recommend them to move your piano or other heavy furniture.
