Moving pros was very professional. Their work was undeniably helpful for our move. The gentleman they sent to pack our items were not only experienced, but we’re very personable. They made you feel confident that your move was going to go perfectly. Great guy! Very knowledgeable, had a great ideas on the correct way to pack the U-Haul. When we got to our destination, nothing had moved or was broken.

UPDATE: Updating my review after nearly two months of follow-ups with Moving Proz. The packing was chaotic and careless. Items that belonged together were split across unrelated boxes, many of which were poorly labeled or not labeled at all. Lamps were packed without shades or hardware, TV cords never made it over, and household items were scattered between rooms in ways that made them effectively lost. Weeks later, I’m still dealing with the fallout. What made this worse was the response afterward. Despite photos and detailed explanations, my concerns were repeatedly minimized as “personal packing preferences.” After weeks of delays and escalation, the final resolution offered for paid packing services was $300. The crew was polite, but this wasn’t a harmless mistake — it was a lack of care and accountability, both during the move and after. For a paid packing service, this was unacceptable. I would not use Moving Proz again.

Hard working crew! The communication from start to finish was stellar. The crew called ahead and gave me plenty heads up to be meet them at the location. They were efficient, kind, and patient. I highly recommend!

Moving Proz just completed an office move for me yesterday, and if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. From booking to confirming to the actual move, everyone I made contact with was friendly and helpful. I had a tight timeframe to work within between dropping a kid off at school and catching a flight, and Daniel was able to accommodate this even though it moved their arrival window to an odd time. Liam and his crew were friendly and professional and they got the job done quickly while keeping my items safe and secure. I will recommend Moving Proz to everyone. Thank you!!

Adam, Jeff, Dashene, Dalvine moved our piano in today. They did a great job keeping it safe during the move and navigating it where we wanted in our home! Theo was also wonderful in helping set up the move.

Update: Since I am unable to respond directly to the inaccurate statements made, I am editing this post to correct the record. Your response contains multiple false statements. Over 1,300 pounds of my property were damaged, and your initial offer of compensation was $100. Even your own employees acknowledged that I was being treated unfairly and that the offer was unreasonably low. I repeatedly refused these low offers and made it clear I would not accept less than $0.60 per pound for the damaged items. Only then did you agree to pay what was owed. This was not a favor—it amounted to pennies on the dollar compared to the actual value of what was broken. Regarding the GPS records: you initially provided one report that showed a longer break than you had admitted. After continued requests, you eventually sent the second GPS record. When I demonstrated that your information was inaccurate, I was told I would receive a credit only if I signed a non-disclosure agreement, which I declined. As a result, the overcharge has still not been refunded. Your statement about the police report is also false. Lee’s Summit Police Department confirmed that they contacted you regarding my case. I was advised not to reach out until it was confirmed that the individual involved was your employee. Once that was confirmed, I immediately contacted your company to report the theft and request compensation. I informed your staff that I would provide all documentation once I was assigned a representative handling my case. I was never contacted. When I followed up, I was told that no information would be provided and that the matter would not be addressed. Also as of updating this I still have not received a call from a manager. This update is provided to correct the misinformation in your response and to accurately reflect what occurred. I would like to share my experience with the moving company Moving Proz. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely negative. I was misled regarding pricing, and I have calls in which company representatives admitted to providing false information and treating me unfairly. They broke over 1300 lbs of furniture in the move and tried everything in their power to not pay me even a reduced amount even after I provided them with everything they needed. Additionally, Moving Proz has been made aware that items were stolen from my home during the move. The Lee’s Summit Police Department confirmed to the company that one of the movers who was inside my home was later found in possession of my property. My intent in sharing this is to inform Kansas City residents so they can make an informed decision and avoid a similar situation. I hope others can learn from my experience. .

The worst moving company I have ever hired and I have moved plenty of times. This company was recommended by the loft management and I told them never ever recommend them because they stink can’t listen to any thing you tell them over 1 million times to do and leave things just in shambles!!! Now I have to pay other people to come and fix what they left behind and they have the nerve to charge me almost double what they quoted yes, yeah no I will not be paying them. In fact I will sue them to pay me for the money I have to pay others to fix their crap.
