Moving Pros

Jack, Cody and Tyler with Moving Pros did an excellent job moving us out of our house of 36 years and into our new house. They were very cautious of protecting our floors, walls and furniture and made sure they did not damage anything in the process or track dirt into the house. They arrived in the morning, exactly on time and reviewed the plan for what needed to go where. We were putting some items in two separate pods as well as the moving truck and they made sure that things were put in the correct location. We also had a piano to move and they were very careful handling that. It was raining lightly when they started loading furniture so they wrapped everything in plastic to protect it. We so appreciated that as we were worried when we saw the forecast for rain. When they got to the new house, they made sure that the furniture was where we wanted it and were very willing to moved pieces for us to get them exactly where we wanted them. Jack, Cody and Tyler were hard-working, polite, great communicators, and careful. We could not have asked for the moving process to go any smoother thanks to their understanding of what needed to happen and they’re excellent execution.

Moving Pros was absolutely fantastic. From the first interaction to the final box, their team was professional, efficient, and handled everything with care. They worked quickly but never rushed, and all of my belongings arrived safely. What really impressed me was their willingness to go above and beyond. They accommodated an additional stop during my move so I could pick up a washer and dryer, which made a huge difference for me. That level of flexibility and customer service is rare. The company was also flexible in the time I wanted to move The first place I contacted had the audacity to ask me why I waited so long to look for a mover I thought about it for a second and then thought it’s really none of their business My move wasn’t a full house move, but I was treated with respect, even though it was a small move

Cole and his crew came highly recommended by a close friend, and now I completely understand why. I’ve used Moving Pros four times since summer — yes, four — and every single time they’ve been exceptional. (At this point, we’re all on a first-name basis.) Two of those moves were for my boss: the first went perfectly, and the second happened just a few days later when he decided his new apartment wasn’t “the one.” Despite the short notice and the high-end furniture involved, Cole’s team handled everything with total professionalism — and on one of the hottest days of the year, not a single complaint was heard! Fun fact: my company actually owned a moving company at the time, and Cole’s prices still came in lower. My third move was my own — a quick first-floor-to-first-floor transfer across town — and this crew was easily the most polite, efficient, and downright pleasant I’ve worked with. Everything was packed, transported, and unloaded in under four hours. Then came the plot twist: twelve days after settling into our new place, it flooded with sewage water (yes, really). Cue yet another last-minute move — this time to a third-floor unit with no nearby elevator. The team didn’t even flinch when they found out (or the fact it was in another building). They jumped right in, stayed calm, and even shrink-wrapped my dressers so I didn’t have to unpack a thing. Every crew I’ve worked with has been polite, fast, and incredibly careful with my belongings. If you’re looking for a moving company that treats your things — and your sanity — with care, Moving Pros is the only call you need to make. I can’t recommend them enough!

I would highly recommend Moving Pros! They arrived on time and worked hard all day. Tim, Cody and Jeffrey made quick work of our 5 bedroom home. They took great care of our home and made sure our furniture arrived at our new home safely and damage free.
