Modern Plumbing & Heating

Had a main drain clog on a Saturday. Modern Plumbing was able to get someone out within a few hours to check things out. Joe and Dom were awesome, very professional and friendly. Got the job done efficiently. Clean-up was immaculate. I will definitely be hiring them for all our plumbing and heating needs in the future. Fast forward 9 days and problems with the furnace. Called Modern late in the afternoon and they were able to get someone out right away the next morning. Wayne was just as awesome and proficient as the plumbing guys were. So glad to have finally found a company that is dependable and trustworthy.

We had a terrible frozen sewer pipe issue that seemed impossible to fix. Jared, Joe and Dom and JC were awesome. Everything got fixed in one day and I was very impressed. I can’t thank you guys enough for the fine service. Sincerely Keith and Matt

​I had an excellent experience with Modern Plumbing and Heating for a recent water heater replacement. Their overall service is incredible, and the quality of their work is evident from start to finish. ​The company sent out Jared, who did an amazing job. He was professional, easy to talk to, and had great communication skills. Out furnace went out over the weekend in the early part of January. I called Modern Plumbing & Heating Monday morning at 7am....by 1pm they had a technician Wayne out to see what was going on (the same technician who has previously inspected our furnace in the past). He looked everything over and mentioned that it could be a couple different things causing our furnace not to ignite. The furnace was 25 years old, and he recommended rather than trying to replace parts on an old furnace, to buy a new one (FYI, we don't plan on moving). Wayne gave us a few options (good, better, and best) for a new furnace. He was able to install it the very next morning, giving us heat again in our house in the middle of January! As he was installing our new furnace, I found out Modern Heating & Plumbing drove 150 miles round trip to get the it at 5:30am so installation could begin at 8am. In short, I called Modern Heating & Plumbing Monday morning at 7am, and by Tuesday at noon they had our new furnace install complete! They definitely exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Our water heater went out on us over the weekend. Modern Plumbing and Heating was out in less than 30 minutes and we had a new water heater and hot water for our family before everyone needed to get ready for bed. We can’t thank them enough for making this rough experience a little easier on us. The whole team was amazing from start to finish! We highly recommend using them and will be using them in the future for any plumbing, heating, and cooling needs we may have! Thanks again!
