Jamie Cabiliza at Midwest helped me with all the paperwork of getting covered and sending COIs to clients and 3rd parties. I really appreciated her help. Great agency. I was looking for new car & renters insurance for my son because his current agent was worthless. I am from Illinois so I did not have any knowledge of good insurance brokers in KC. I googled top auto insurance brokers in KC and this agency came up in my search. I contacted the agency and Felisha the owner answered the phone and we talked for 1/2 hour about my requirements for my sons auto & renters insurance were. I sent her and email with all the information and had 4 quotes back by the end of the day from her employee Royce. I had a couple of questions and they were answered promptly. Two days later I contacted the Leslie at the agency to get the auto and renters insurance finalized for my son. They even did a broker of record change for his prior insurance company so they could work on getting my sons unearned premium returned to him. It was so nice to talk to humans on the phone and not have to press several buttons to get to a real person. The staff at this agency is top notch and is concerned about customer service.
