I’m really happy with the service and communication I received from Shane. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to give me multiple quotes and figure out what coverage was best for me. He answered all my questions. The conversation I had with him convinced me to switch to State Farm. His work made the process effortless on my end.

Brian is an amazing insurance agent! He's super nice, made it effortless to explore my options, and encouraged me to plan for the future! In addition, I have been looking for a policy that was a type of health-insurance, and even though State Farm does not write that type of policy, he took the extra step to refer me to an agent that CAN write that policy. If you're looking for an agent you can trust, ask for Brian!

I had a great experience working with Shane. He were professional, patient, and took the time to explain what each policy offered including its savings in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated how responsive Shane was to my questions and how he made sure I felt confident about my coverage that I would be buying in to. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for knowledgeable and trustworthy insurance support.

Brain was just such a great person that , though I wanted just one insurance. I ended up with 3 different insurances. He’s truly a people’s person and has just a great interpersonal connection with his customers. Lovely and friendly gentleman. I thank him for guiding me through this process seamlessly and making me feel comfortable. Due to his guidance I’m definitely recommending my family and friends to him.

I was referred to Matthew Becker’s office and I wish I had called sooner! I called the office at 4:55 pm on a Friday, and had the wonderful opportunity to speak with Jada. I was thinking I would leave my contact information for a follow-up call Monday, given that I was calling right before the office closed for the weekend. Jada not only patiently walked through my policy options but proceeded to sign me up for my needed insurance and stayed on the phone with me for an hour after close. She was kind, knowledgeable, and again, patient. It’s rare to find exceptional customer service and I am grateful that I switched my policies to this State Farm office. Thank you, Jada!
