Errin helped solve an issue where we received a really high quote from the main Geico line. She was an absolute saint getting things sorted for us quickly. Can't say enough good things about her, definitely call her and use the local office over the main line!

Welp, the commercial was right. I DID save hundreds on my insurance by switching to Geico! I connected with Josh, and he was both immediately friendly and thorough in assessing my needs as a homeowner. He asked all the right questions, and even recommended an additional umbrella policy! Most importantly though, we had an issue with transitioning our homeowners. The policy was underwritten by the same company, but they had difficulty transferring to our new coverage. Josh handled it like a seasoned pro, and he was always providing us with updates throughout the stressful process. I still save a ton of money and I get to chat with a friendly guy whenever I have questions, no matter how simple or how complex.

After I explained my needs/concerns. Matt knew exactly what to do after looking at my claim. I’d recommend working with Geico Minneapolis for anyone who likes to get great customer service. The company made the whole experience very easy for me to understand. I was very ill and in the hospital at the time.Everyone explained everything clearly so I could understand and fill out stuff online and over the phone, and what forms to mail in.
