Mastercraft Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, & Electrical

They came out almost immediately when my furnace died on a Saturday morning in 10 degree weather. Temped in a new one, so I had heat, and came back a week later to finish the install. Chuck and Tre were fabulous. On time. Polite and respectful. Cleaned everything up and made sure I knew all about the new equipment. Fairly priced. Would recommend for sure.

The crew that did the installation of furnace and ac were very courteous and knowledgeable. They also laid down ground cloth protectors, along with a great work site cleanup. Love the Trane furnace, had to drop the temp down a couple degrees. Can't wait to try out the ac in the spring.

Mastercraft is a very well organized and highly competent company. Owning a couple rental properties, they've have serviced my accounts with ease and I've had a couple emergencies with regards to water tanks and no heat scenarios. They've always been there even after hours to ensure my tenants are taken care of. Highly recommend this company having worked with several HVAC companies quality work and people you can trust. Not a frequent combination.

Tre from Mastercraft came to our home to install a new furnace. He was polite and told us that they would make sure everything would be cleaned up and they would go through everything with us before they leave. Tre gave us the information on the downloading of the programable app. for our phones. T.J. explained how the new thermostat works and he helped set it up. All went smooth. We love our Trane furnace and I would highly recommend Tre, J.T. and Dave. All were very professional and efficient.
