We have been associated with Mason & Carter for more than 20 years and have been very satisfied. Grace Warch, our agent, has been fantastic. On a recent occasion, we had a major issue with our homeowner policy and Grace went above and beyond in assisting us in securing a new homeowner & vehicle policy. Not only did this comfort us, the premiums and coverages were even better. Their customer service and one-on-one attention has been impeccable.
