UPDATE: I was happy with the service initially, but never heard from the agent again after I signed up. Afterwards, I never felt like I had a direct contact; various people would respond. A year later, my insurance rate more than doubled, and I was informed via a snail mail letter sent to my home, which left me very little time to find an alternative. (This was just as everyone's rate was starting to up when the hikes weren't as common knowledge.) The new agent I eventually found was very proactive and gave me informal assessments, emailed frequently, and went over alternatives at length.

Martins personalized service is excellent! I always feel confident that if I ever have any insurance issues, that Martins is 100% behind me. Dr. Pat O’Brien, Ph.D.

if the way this company responds to someone trying to give them money the way they do anything else I'm glad I didn't use them. I moved to the area and my auto insurance provider said they didn't have a representative here and gave me a list of brokers that carry their insurance. I called and spoke with Pam s and we went over my information and she said she would call me the very next day. I didn't hear anything by 4:00 in the afternoon so I called in and spoke with an operator that sent me to her voicemail. I left a detailed voicemail and again they never bothered to call me back. I was ready to insure multiple vehicles through them but I guess they don't like money. I let my provider know that this is the reason I had to cancel my insurance and go through another company completely. time I will never get back.

The agents at Martin Insurance have been helpful and kind for the past 7 years that I've been with them. The insurance company they selected for me was easy to deal with and provided fairly good service in the aftermath of Hurricane Ida.

Agent Triniesha was EXCELLENT! She helped me from beginning to end finding the right insurance carrier for me. She was clear and very professional the entire time with me. She made shopping for car insurance so easy! I appreciate her customer service, and will definitely recommend Martin Insurance agency to more family and friends😆
