Beth felt like a true partner in our recent move from Georgia to South Carolina. She was available to answer questions as we navigated an "in-between" period and wanted to ensure we had insurance coverage while we didn't necessarily have a home base. Once we made the decision to move to South Carolina she found extremely competitive rates with a reputable insurance company to ensure we were getting the right level of coverage at the best price available. I moved from Atlanta to Charlotte in 2023, and I had no idea how many changes would come with going from being a renter, to buying a car, and now becoming a homeowner. Jeremy and the entire team at Mark McDuffie’s have been nothing short of amazing. They’ve helped me every step of the way—answering emails, phone calls, and even walking me through the details of homeowners insurance . They’ve always been patient, thorough, and clear in explaining everything about my account. I couldn’t be happier with their service and support! PS – I actually found them through a Google search before moving, and I’m so glad I made the right choice.

I have always had quick responses back for any of my questions I needed help with. Mark and Beth are both very knowledgeable. I highly recommend using this agency for all your insurance needs. You won't be neglected in any way. Kudos to your agency!

I dealt exclusively with Beth. She was great when I was shopping for insurance and eventually signed up with her agency. I was with McDuffie Agency for about a year. During that year, I did not need them so they made a nice profit off of me. I moved to a different state and needed to cancel my coverage. When I called, Beth was very short with me. She was quick to try to get off the phone call, but I asked her if I was due a refund since I canceled before my renewal date and she told me I was lucky because I would get a refund. Several weeks later, I did not get a refund, but instead a bill for unpaid premium. Due to my schedule, I forgot to call to inquire, but luckily they escalated the situation to collections after a month. A phone call or email communication from Beth would have been more appropriate to explain to me why she was wrong and I owe them money. I am glad I did not need them during my time because the service provided probably would have been terrible.
