My rep at Magnolia Insurance took the time to ask me a lot of questions and get to know my needs when picking out a policy. She was also very honest and forthcoming with information about what each line item covered. I would highly recommend Magnolia.

I have been doing business with Magnolia Insurance for more years now than I can remember. My agent is Toni Matous. I love this gal because she takes care of everything so quickly. It makes not difference if I call or write an email or a text I get an immediate reply. She always keeps me updated, along with making suggestions, when the insurance carriers make changes which as we know seems to be all the time. I'm like most people when it comes to insurance. I wish I didn't have to have it and I don't like having to pay for it. But it's kinda like paying taxes in this regard, I can't get out of it. But since I can't I at least want it to be easy and taken care of when something happens and I need it. Thanks Toni for always being there and taking care of me. Dale

I had an amazing experience working with Nancy! She helped me get a quote for insurance right away and made the whole process so smooth. Nancy is easy to communicate with, very responsive, and super efficient. I really appreciated her professionalism and how quickly she addressed my needs. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for top-notch service!

I have been with Magnolia Insurance for at least 20 years during which Toni has saved me a considerable amount on both car and home insurance. Toni has also been an invaluable resource for such things as house painting and tree removal. Whenever I had a question or concern, I knew I could call and speak with her or was certain she would call me back as soon as she could. I never had to deal with a disinterested call center.
