I was recommended to call Mackley Insurance, Inc. by Erie Insurance because they said they were the best in the Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs. I called them right before a holiday weekend and spoke to Jake Melnick. Jake was the best agent I ever had for my auto and homeowners' insurance policies. He was not only able to quote me reasonable premiums for my new policies, but within minutes he signed me up with Erie Insurance and I had my new ID cards. It was a pleasure to work with Jake. He was professional and explained everything and never rushed through the process. I am extremely grateful for his patience and the service I received.
