Full stop. ✅ I brought my pomsky in and walked out genuinely shocked at how good the experience was. From the second we walked in, Tonya (LaTonya) felt like a literal blessing. Her energy is calm, kind, and locked in. Her smile is almost trance-inducing, and she has that rare combo of being super educated about grooming and behavior while still making you feel like family. You can feel how much she cares. She listens to exactly what you want, repeats it back, explains what she’s doing, and checks in instead of rushing you out. It’s the kind of customer service and professionalism you wish every business in Metro Detroit had. This is true one-on-one grooming, perfect if you’ve got an anxious or sensitive dog. No chaotic back room, no conveyor-belt vibe. Just Tonya, your dog, and pure focus. My pomsky is usually nervous at groomers, and he was completely relaxed with her.
