My insurance rep - John Mortiz - has been the greatest thing that thats happened to me in recent times. Cool, calm and collected, he listens patiently as I rant about everything and anything before he lets me know everything is actually okay - and then addresses every question and issue I have. From help with GEICO's App and online programming to clarity on what is provided and why - he has never failed to be exactly what I needed. So glad I switched to GEICO - and really happy to have the chance to workw ith John.

I’ve been with GEICO for four years, and the service has only gone downhill. Every time I talked to a different agent, I was given a completely different explanation and a completely different rate. Any sudden price hike was brushed off with the same excuse: “the state you live in has higher rates.” No real answers, just the runaround. Their DriveEasy app is another mess. I tried using it to improve my score, only to get penalized while riding as a passenger in someone else’s car. How does an insurance company not understand the difference? And the billing? A disaster. I was told my monthly rate would be around $200, yet it sat at $260 for six months straight. When I called, another random agent told me it would “adjust next month”—and it never did. After years of inconsistency, excuses, and misinformation, I’m done with GEICO. There are too many other companies out there that are actually transparent.
