I was recommended to KTS Insurance Agency LLC by another insurance agency. I called KTS Insurance Agency they were very polite and professional in answering the telephone. I spoke to Agent Nicole Martin I explained to her what I needed she explained to me what homeowners policies that they are available . Ms. Martin explained the policies where I can understand. Ms. Martin is very knowledgeable. I can tell that she love doing her job because she has a lot of compassion working with people because her work and dedication of her job speaks for itself . I told my Agent, Ms. Nicole Martin, that I will highly recommend more citizens to KST Insurance Agency

This is Jennie Smith Ticket number 8383299. KTS has been my insurance since 2009 and they always communicate with me well. They call me to make sure I am up to date with my account and if there are any changes needed. I never have to worry about my account with them. They are real people and I don't feel like just another number like with other companies. I am glad to do business with KTS.

My experience with KTS has been awesome! Right now in Louisiana ins rates are off the roof high causing my escrow with my mortgage to skyrocket. Ms. singleton has been a life saver, she diligently searched to find more affordable plans saving me at least $2000.00 from my original quote with the agency that I was currently with. I am a very satisfied customer and thanks again KTS team for your support and enthusiasm to help clients like myself.
