Rachel and Lily were brilliant. Gave us daily updates, lots of photos and peace of mind that our cat was well looked after. Can tell that they genuinely love cats and their jobs. Would highly recommend!

The customer care is incredible; far better than anything I’ve had before, and genuinely more affordable than other options like Rover.com. Liz is extremely professional and reassuring. During our first meeting, she came with a carefully planned list of questions about my cats, which instantly showed how thorough and prepared she was. It was very reassuring, and she also took the time to answer all of my questions. Every visit comes with plenty of photos and a detailed report, which I really appreciate. One of the best parts about Kitty Angels is the consistency; you get the same person (or someone from the same small team), so they really get to know your pets and their routines. I highly recommend Kitty Angels, and especially Liz. I always feel completely at ease knowing my cats are being well looked after.

My go-to cat sitter in Birmingham, I have been using them for over a year now. Bridget from the Central Brum team specifically takes care of my cats whenever I am away and always does a fantastic job! Thanks to her one of my shy cats has actually gotten braver around strangers generally. I highly recommend them if you want peace of mind when leaving your pets behind - they always send you updates, plenty of photos and kind messages. Kitty angels are a wonderful pet sitting service. They have great levels of communication before and after visits. They put my mind at rest sending photos and updates. Thankfully they also take care of my ducks for me when needed. My pets always look comfortable and happy around the kitty angels that visit. I would highly recommend them.
