The entire team at Kirby, particularly Christina are extremely professional and very good listeners. We were unsure of what direction to go with our home owners, car insurance and umbrella policy. Christina gathered all of our information and looked for the best options balancing price and benefits. She was remarkable and kept us informed throughout the process. A+ rating for sure.

Christina Heard has exceptional customer service skills. She was knowledgeable about the products she was researching for me and communicated with me frequently. In the end she was able to save me a significant amount of money on my car insurance premium by making a change in carriers which she made an exceedingly easy process. I am very appreciative of her work on my behalf and highly recommend her for your insurance needs.

I couldn't have asked for better service from Kirby Insurance Agency. From the start, they had my needs right the first time without me having to stress about explaining the requirements multiple times like I've had to with other agencies, and I never had to verbally talk to anyone. Also, they answer my questions within a reasonable time, and email informative communications. I finally found an insurance agency that cares.

I have been a Kirby customer for 30+ years. Easily accessible if I have questions and prompt call back when I leave a message. Last year, I went with a new carrier and was very happy with the cost savings for my auto and HO policies. Eileen Dobbs has been my service rep for the last four years.
