She actually listens, understands what you have going on, and then makes sure you’re covered properly (not overinsured, not underinsured, not “oops we forgot that part”). And Tammy — her chief-in-command, right hand, operational wizard — is a full-on genius. Together, they are unstoppable. They catch gaps other agencies miss, explain things clearly (in actual human language), and proactively fix issues before they become problems. Let’s talk customer service, because this is where they truly shine. Calls are returned. Emails are answered. Questions are welcomed. You never feel rushed, brushed off, or talked down to. They are patient, responsive, and genuinely care that you understand what you’re paying for and why. And here’s the real magic: insurance explanations usually feel like a tooth extraction — painful, confusing, and something you avoid until absolutely necessary.
