I have been insured with State Farm for a few years and each time I walk into this office with questions, Suzie has been so kind and helpful. She takes time to thoughtfully listen and address any issues I’ve had with auto repair or replacement, or updating insurance information. Talking with her is a pleasure!

I was at the State Farm office today and was assisted by Suzie. She was wonderful! Everyone said hello to us when we went in and Suzie was right on time. She made it clear and easy for us, she explained what my documents were and then we were done. Also, we got a parking right in front which makes it better! Thank you Suzie!

After nearly 20 years with my previous insurer, I moved all of my policies — homes, vehicles, and my motorcycles — to State Farm, and the difference has been remarkable. When my former provider unfairly flagged my roof and created a major hassle, Brittney at State Farm went above and beyond to help me navigate the situation, answer my questions, and make sure I had the right coverage moving forward. She took the time to explain everything in detail, something I had never experienced before, and made me feel confident that I was properly protected. On top of that, I was able to consolidate all of my policies into one place with better coverage at a more reasonable cost. The entire transition was smooth, professional, and transparent. It’s refreshing to work with a provider that truly values customer service and steps up when challenges arise. I highly recommend State Farm — and especially Brittney — to anyone looking for a responsive, trustworthy agent who goes the extra mile.
