We were very pleased with the emergency plumbing service we received on Friday February 20, we were in quite the bind and were very delighted that your service personnel, Kylee Lucas and Caleb Baldridge, were able to arrive so quickly. They were both very friendly, and fast to get to the root of the problem. They made triple sure to analyze the situation and problem and then Kylee explained it in easy to understand detail so we could make an informed decision. This is the second time in two weeks that we used KB Complete for two different projects. Phillip arrived at the scheduled time and fixed our leaky washing machine faucets. He was timely and efficient in diagnosing and fixing the problem. He shared his knowledge of improvements that could be made but nothing high pressure. I am very happy with this company, their good work and fair prices. They will be our go to moving forward. This is the third time we have used KB Complete. This time we purchased a Trane HVAC system. Our contact, Matt Merget was professional and walked us through eery stepm of the way. We were offered 0% financing to make the purchase more manageable. I felt the price was little better than the other 4 estimates I reeived. The closer was that I knew I was buying from a reputable company, and they gurrantee their work. They instill confidence in their work. This is the 4th time we have used KB Complete. We had an old leaking bathroom shower faucet. Sam took extra time to make sure he had the correct part. He showed me the worn part that needed to be replaced, and ensured he would put the name and number of the part so it would be on record for ease of retrieval if this happened again. KB Complete continues to provide expertise in their field at a reasonable price! Phillip Norris came out yesterday to replace a leaking ice maker line. He let me know that I have a claim and provided me with a disaster relief company to do an estimate. Excellent customer service. Thanks Rob

Kyle was super friendly while remaining professional. Clearly knowledgeable in his field, he replaced our water heater but also educated us on our hard water. We got a new water heater + an ionizer today. Justin & Victor replaced our AC and furnace. They were focused and friendly and mindful of our property. Very pleased! So far we would recommend!
