Lia was terrific. Extremely helpful and got me the best possible quote. My interaction with her was peaceful and would recommend her to others who need help with car insurance and other products at State Farm.

Since switching all of our insurance policies to State Farm, Lia has been there every step of the way. She’s always been prompt and pleasant with her services, going above and beyond for her customers. Particularly, we recently had difficulties viewing our policies online due to some systematic error, and Lia persistently pursued multiple ways to diagnose and resolve the issue until it was fixed (which took months). Would highly recommend her for State Farm and she’s always responsive and has great communication when in need of assistance.
