I was recommended Luis Sandoval from J's Professional Maintenence by my HOA to help me remodel my bathrooms and refinish my floors and was blown away by the level of quality and craftsmanship from his team. Luis' guys showed up everyday on time 6 days a week and worked full days until the project was complete. Throughout the project Luis worked with me to ensure that things stayed within my budget, even going so far as to speak to the HOA on my behalf when he realized that damage to my floor a was coming from the communal side of the building. Thanks to their hard work, I got an amazing remodel done for a fraction of the price that other companies were quoting me for. I have already recommended Luis to my friends, and will definitely hire next summer when my bedrooms and kitchen need work done.

My building recently hired J’s Professional Maintenance to repair my severely dilapidated shower. The walls were rusted through the dry wall, the tiles and caulking were problematic and lifted from earth movement. j’s came out quickly evaluated the job and began promptly after setting up a scheduled work date. Their office staff is extremely responsive and even schedules via text, which is very helpful during my own work day. In just one half day they were able to fully repair the damaged drywall and tile in the tight space. They were very polite and professional. The crew was the cleanest I’ve ever had work in my home. Despite having to rip out tile and cut out dry wall they left no signs of mess or dust in my home, and were extremely quiet whilst working. I work from home and this was an unexpected wonderful bonus. My shower door had to be ordered due to its unusual dimensions and the crew kindly even installed a temporary curtain to use in the meantime. After my new shower door had to be arrived, Luis promptly contacted me and I was able to immediately schedule a time to install it. They arrived promptly were also extremely polite and professional and quickly and neatly installed the door. I had a wonderful experience with this company from start to finish ! Everyone especially the office staff and Luis were extremely helpful and kind. The crews were wonderful and so quick! I highly recommend using them for any of your needs ! Had I not been renting, I would have had this wonderful business overhaul the entire oddly configured bathroom because they did such a wonderful job !

Amazing company! The owner, Luis is extremely helpful, professional, and fair. They helped with all the tile work a bathroom renovation and really left it feeling like a luxury spa! They really went above and beyond all expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
